CARE’s Institute for Faith & Culture (IFC) aims to equip people with the tools they need to engage effectively as Christians within a secular culture.

The CARE Leadership Programme (formerly Intern Programme), now in its sixteenth year, is the central plank of the IFC and continues to teach and equip young graduates to think Christianly and then apply that thinking in their everyday lives and places of work.
