How Does It Work?

The Leadership Programme begins with an Induction commencing in early September which provides the foundation for the ensuing eleven months.

Each term is roughly 13 weeks long and comprises of volunteering in an educational placement for four days a week, attending a day of lectures and seminars every Friday, one residential Study Weekend and several additional daytime and evening events.

The lectures and seminars every Friday enable graduates to look at what it means to think Christianly. In Romans 12, the apostle Paul describes this as being ‘transformed by the renewing of your mind’.

As this is purely an educational programme, Programme members are at no time asked to lobby on behalf of CARE.
