CARE is a founding member of Gweini, The Council of the Christian Voluntary Sector in Wales.

Gweini – the Welsh for ‘to serve’ – is an umbrella body that was created in 1999 for the purpose of representing the Christian Voluntary Sector in Wales to government, principally the National Assembly for Wales and local government.
