CARE has been working with friends and partner organisations around the world since the early 1980s. As globalisation becomes a reality, even with the most distant parts of the world, we hope to develop ties with those that are already caring, campaigning and communicating in their own countries.

The International Team is integrated across all five areas of CARE’s work and the different CARE teams provide support and encouragement and research, considering the implications of living in an internationalised world.

We also offer a short-term International Internship for those working for (or hoping to work for) national NGOs around the world. Recent Interns have come from Romania and Slovakia (with an Education focus).
