CARE's Director of Parliamentary Affairs, Dr Dan Boucher speaks out on why the Government should not alter our laws to make an organ donation system in England where citizens have to opt out.

Dan talks about how the system would not actually lead to an increase of organs being available, and why it is better to follow Spain's lead and spend money on educating the public about the merits of organ donation.

This interview was recorded live on BBC Radio Sheffield, and Dan is being interviewed by Toby Foster.
