Pray With Us

prayer

Prayer underpins all that we do at CARE; we believe that it is crucially important and so make it a priority to always produce informative and inspiring resources for Christians to use in their personal and public prayer times.  We believe that God is willing to listen to our intercessions about the issues that concern us and always include prayer requests in our weekly Impact Direct email, calls to action and other updates.

CARE Prayer Diary

Four times a year, CARE publishes a unique topical prayer diary, which focuses on a different area each week.

The subjects include: politics, education, health, young people, carers, local community needs, environmental concerns, poverty, life issues and much besides.

Pray for Schools

Over 1,500 prayer groups have registered so far in England and eighty people currently pray for over 150 schools in Wales; PFS now also operates in Northern Ireland. Regular prayer events take place through-out the year and Pray for Schools is increasingly known throughout the Christian education world.

Through meeting as a group, holding prayer events during the year, or even praying on your own, you can be involved in making a reality the vision of every UK school becoming a prayed-for school.

' Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. '
